The Family Services Associate will have primary responsibility for the following: Coordinate services and supports for children enrolled in our program Provide comprehensive social services and supports for their families - from intake, assessment and evaluation through the transition to kindergarten Provide direct assistance and case management for assigned family roster Develop and encourage family goal setting Conduct home visits and provide in-class supports Collaborate with our teaching teams and facilitate family-focused support groups Represent the organization with community partners, providers and funders Work with other Family Services staff, social workers and teachers on program-wide initiatives and provide training to families and staff.
