Troubleshooting: Leads high-impact, cross-functional collaborations to resolve complex, enterprise-wide network and security connectivity and performance issues that affect critical business operations, ensuring alignment with client-defined service level agreements (SLAs), service-level objectives (SLOs), and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Defines and drives the strategic vision for Remote Access and Security network infrastructure driving enterprise-wide adoption of innovations in, but not limited to, ZTNA, VPN, firewalls, IPS/IDP, traffic management devices, and routing components, ensuring alignment with long-term goals and emerging technologies.
