Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: Oversight of all activities associated with preparation and delivery of human milk, pasteurized donor human milk, and formula by establishing processes to provide optimal nutrition support to patients that is safe, cost effective, and appropriate. OR: Other licensed or certified healthcare professionals with an appropriate clinical background, leadership experience, and demonstrated knowledge of formula preparation, human milk management, regulatory compliance, and pediatric/neonatal nutrition support.
