Responsible for selling our managed services portfolio to mid-market commercial and SLED • Responsible for vertical account penetration, territory management, and services sales growth that ensure long-term results • Responsible for meeting assigned quotas by introducing and selling into new clients • Accountable for identifying, forecasting, and closing new opportunities within assigned accounts, by understanding clients service and resource needs • Responsible for developing and planning strategies with support from the internal NFF engineering, marketing, business development and sales support teams • Responsible for developing and planning strategies, prospecting and selling with key NFF partners • Responsible for prioritization of target accounts, mapping of appropriate NFF services to accounts, identification of client influences, overcoming sales objections, introduction of new services and solutions • Responsible for preparing and presenting competitive proposals and bids • Accountable to share customer and competitor feedback and information with NFF leadership • Accountable for participation in industry sales conferences and trade shows. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Technology, or related field • Minimum 3+ years experience selling IT managed services to mid-market commercial accounts in the Mid-Market Commercial and SLED (State, Local, and Education) space • Proven sales success at the Executive level; ability to build C-Level relationships • Experience developing strong business cases and closing complex opportunities • Deep understanding of enterprise networking, data center, cloud, and cybersecurity architectures • Knowledge of IT procurement cycles and contract vehicles • Track record of exceeding revenue or growth targets • Strong organizational, planning, verbal & written communication skills • Ability to work remotely and travel as required • Experience with OEMs (Cisco, NetApp, Dell, Splunk) and cloud/SaaS environments • Familiarity with subscription-based, as-a-service revenue models.
