The Utilities Laboratory Supervisor is an advanced professional role responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising the daily operations of the Utilities Analytical Laboratory to ensure accurate analytical testing, regulatory compliance, quality assurance, and laboratory accreditation in accordance with applicable federal, state, and local requirements. Coordinate with regulatory agencies, consultants, Utilities divisions, and external laboratories; respond to water quality inquiries; participate in emergency response activities; and provide technical support for regulatory inspections, special projects, and departmental initiatives.
