The Lead Teacher will provide leadership within the classroom, supervise and direct classroom support staff, maintain consistent routines, communicate effectively with families, and ensure compliance with Wonder Kids Academy policies and applicable Georgia childcare licensing requirements. This position requires a teacher who understands that two-year-olds learn through repetition, routine, hands-on experiences, music, movement, language development, and positive interaction.
