In conjunction with the Executive Director maintains the stability and reputation of Senior Community Care by ensuring that all activities and operations are performed in compliance with local, state, and federal contracts, regulations, laws, accreditation, protocol, licensing, and certification requirements governing Senior Community Care’s operations including physical environment (e.g., facility maintenance, safety, infection control practices). The Center Director Under the supervision of the Executive Director, oversees and manages the daily operations of the Senior Community Care program including but not limited to the PACE interdisciplinary Team and processes, operations of the day center, social work, rehabilitation, recreation, enrollment and dietary departments.
