Strategic Planning and Collaboration: Partner with clinic Medical Directors, regional leadership, and internal and external stakeholders to resolve operational challenges, implement policies and process improvements, lead clinic-specific projects, and support organizational goals. Operational Accountability: Oversee daily clinic operations, including patient accounts, referrals, clinical staffing, supplies, facilities, and workflows, ensuring safe, efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality patient care.
