Position Summary: With oversight and direction from the Manager of Residency Practice (MRP), Director of Medical Education (DME) and the Program Director (PD), the Program Coordinator (PC) is responsible for the operational and financial management of the accredited Residency/Fellowship training program and the strategic planning support for the program and institutional improvement efforts. The Program Coordinator will continually assess and direct a wide range of programmatic issues including long range planning, recruiting trainees, developing projects, analyzing administrative workflow, coordinating, and supporting the preparation of didactic sessions, and maintain residency related databases.
