The LMSW will provide psychosocial assessments, counseling, emotional support, resource coordination, and advocacy services to patients and families experiencing illness, disability, end-of-life care, and bereavement. Candidates must possess a Master's Degree in Social Work (MSW), an active Texas LMSW license, reliable transportation, and excellent communication skills.
