While not a direct supervisor of the non-nursing members of the team, the ADON is charged with keeping the activity on the unit organized and may intervene, when necessary to discuss concerns, problems, suggestions with other treatment team members or with non-clinical support staff, such as housekeeping, maintenance, business office, dietician involving the Director of Nursing as necessary. Operating acute care hospitals, behavioral facilities, outpatient facilities and ambulatory care access points, and insurance offering, a physician network and various related services located all over the United States, Washington, DC, Puerto Ricco and the United Kingdom.
