Manage a small caseload, providing evidence-based treatment (CBT, DBT, ACT, ERP, Unified Protocol) to clients attending individual therapy while demonstrating excellent management, retention, and termination of clients on caseload. Must be fully licensed to practice independently in the state of Illinois with any of the following licensures: LCSW/LCPC/LMFT or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
This role would be responsible for holding a reduced caseload and serving as a BCBA for this clinic while supporting a team of BCBAs alongside a Clinic Manager and a team of RBTs. Provide day-to-day case management for learners receiving behavior analytic services in various settings (clinic, home, school, community, telehealth).
