Rogue Community Health offers essential primary and preventative care services to ensure that all patients, including those who are medically underserved, have continuous access to high-quality health care, including on-site and virtual primary and preventative medical, pharmacy, dental, behavioral health, nutrition, and community outreach. In conjunction with the Chief Medical Officer (CMO) and Health Center Director (HCD), this position will ensure the implementation of current clinical best practices and provide leadership and supervisory support to assigned providers while functioning as a primary care physician in a team based, patient-centered medical home.
