Operational Performance - Works in collaboration with the Regional Medical Director, Clinic Practice Manager, and other clinical and operational leaders to oversee all functions related to clinical services, including but not limited to providing, monitoring, and maintaining the highest degree of quality clinical care, patient/provider experience, and operational excellence and providing overall direction, integration, and coordination of medical services at assigned clinic. The CD operates at the tactical level in collaboration with other clinical and operations leaders and is responsible for supporting provider interviewing, orientation/onboarding, training/development, clinical oversight, and performance evaluation and supports clinical quality and operational process improvement initiatives.
