Job Description: Funded partially from existing research grants, the Clinical Research Managers (CRM) work at the departmental level under the supervision of the Director, Healthcare Administration, to support department Principal Investigators, Co-Investigators, resident physicians, and central administration personnel by providing guidance on compliance with federal, state and university policies, financial, personnel, and other aspects of Clinical Research. Essential Functions: Project Management and Oversight: Organize, direct, and manage all OB/GYN department sponsored projects, including award management, compliance, contract negotiation, budgeting, invoicing sponsors, and monitoring study progress to ensure alignment with institutional policies and regulations.
