As a QMHP, you will provide direct behavioral health support, psychoeducation, skill-building, crisis de-escalation, care coordination, and documentation services for no more than six boys at any given time who are ages 7–11 residing in a warm and caring group home setting. The QMHP works under appropriate clinical supervision and collaborates with residential staff, families or guardians, community providers, schools, and leadership to support each child’s emotional, behavioral, social, and daily living needs.
