The ideal candidate will have excellent writing and communication skills, have attention to details, be professional and efficient, be able to work under tight time constraints, work well on a small team, have an appreciation for a high level of customer service, and have a genuine interest in litigation and trial work. Duties include legal research, writing briefs, drafting pleadings, discovery, taking depositions, drafting motions, document review, court appearances, assistance with trials and anything else necessary to serve the firm’s clients in a litigation practice.
