li>Participates in quality management programs, pharmacy committees, and interdisciplinary committees with the goal of improving services by monitoring processes, analyzing data, implementing interventions to improve, evaluating the effectiveness of those interventions, and providing guidance and education to staff on departmental and institutional management priorities, projects, or initiatives.
