We have 6,500 employees and 1,700 community volunteers who serve at either the Dallas VA Medical Center, Garland VA Medical Center, Sam Rayburn Memorial Veterans Center, one of our five outpatient clinics providing primary care and specialty care in Dallas, Fort Worth, Grand Prairie, Plano, and Tyler, or otherwise support the primary care provided by our five contract community-based outpatient clinics. Physical Requirements: Moderate lifting, 15-44 pounds; Moderate carrying, 15-44 pounds; Reaching above shoulder; Use of fingers; Walking (8 hours); Both legs required; Near vision correctable at 13" to 16" to Jaeger 1 to 4; Far vision correctable in one eye to 20/20 and to 20/40 in the other; Both eyes required; Hearing (aid may be permitted); Mental and emotional stability.
