The Research Program Manager works closely with Principal Investigators, project directors, research staff, clinical partners, community organizations, and other internal and external stakeholders to ensure projects are implemented effectively, meet established objectives and timelines, and comply with UAMS, regulatory, and funding agency requirements. The position supports the planning, implementation, evaluation, and dissemination of research and community-based initiatives focused on reducing health and cancer disparities and improving access to evidence-based prevention, screening, education, and health care resources.
