Our three large sites are National Committee for Quality Assurance-certified Patient-Centered Medical Homes and medical professionals at all sites are eligible for National Health Service Corps Loan Repayment (HPSA score of 19).We are excited to be opening a new school-based clinic in collaboration with Patrick County Public Schools.
