The Medical Director will be expected to contribute to improvements in patient access, transplant evaluation and waitlist outcomes, transplant and post-transplant clinical outcomes, patient experience, regulatory compliance, physician and staff engagement, program growth, and overall quality and efficiency of the hepatology and transplant program. The role will oversee high-quality, evidence-based care for patients with advanced liver disease throughout the continuum, including hepatology care, transplant evaluation, pre-transplant optimization, waitlist management, post-transplant medical management, and long-term transplant follow-up.
