The Advanced Clinical Pharmacist (Neonatal/Pediatric/Women's) is responsible for providing general clinical and pharmacy services in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies/procedures to the Level 3 Neonatal ICU, the General Pediatric unit, Pediatric ICU, Pediatric Emergency Department and the Women's units. You will collaborate with physicians, mid-level practitioners, nurses, respiratory therapist and dieticians to ensure order sets, orders strings and clinical pathways are current, evidence-based, and meet the needs of the women and children's population.
