Performs all technician functions specific to the space that the pharmacy technician is responsible for supporting, including but not limited to: System Support, Informatics Support, Automated Dispense Cabinet Support, Billing/Charging Support, Specialized Roles supporting the health system as approved by the Pharmacy Director Cohort, Narcotics Management as approved by the Pharmacy Director Cohort. Maintains excellent customer service skills in communicating with many different stakeholders across the pharmacy enterprise including patients and caregivers, office practice staff, prescribers, pharmacists and pharmacy technicians, industry support, payors and payor support agents.
