Anticipated responsibilities will include but are not limited to: management of Providence's Anti-Amyloid Review Board, creating, updating and disseminating systemwide education and resources, financial tracking and troubleshooting, Memory Care Pathway improvements, and the leading system-wide Memory Clinical Specialty Committee. In collaboration with internal and external experts, this role leverages evidence, collective system experience and expertise, and technology to plan, implement, manage, and evaluate clinical programs and initiatives, with a focus on building the memory care pathway, coordinating care across settings, and addressing organizational needs.
