We provide an array of multidisciplinary services to our complex patients with chronic conditions including but not limited to: surgical, medical, pharmacy, nutrition, financial coordinator and psycho-social team (social workers, psychologists, family counselors, school teachers and child life specialists). Summary: Works under the supervision of licensed nursing staff to provide assistive care and communication for patients and their families in outpatient specialty clinics, as well as support for team members, professional and technical staff, and visitors.
