POSITION SUMMARY: The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) is responsible for providing assistance, coordination and/or completion of all patients' necessary paperwork as it relates to assessments and treatments, individual, group and family therapy, psychiatric care, referrals, primary care and school-based services.
