Job Title: Licensed Clinical Social Worker-Trauma Keywords: Number of Positions: 1 Remaining Positions: 1 Duties: Job Summary: The Trauma Program LCSW is an integral member of the multidisciplinary Trauma team and provides comprehensive psychosocial assessment, crisis intervention, patient and family support, resource coordination, behavioral health linkage, longitudinal follow-up, and discharge planning for injured patients across the continuum of care. -The Trauma Program LCSW collaborates closely with Trauma Surgery, Emergency Medicine, Nursing, Utilization Management, Rehabilitation, Behavioral Health, Addiction Services and other clinical services to address psychosocial barriers that may affect recovery, safety, adherence, disposition, and reintegration into the community.
