Own the operationalization of existing and upcoming business development initiatives, driving program management, deal pipeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and execution discipline so initiatives move with speed and scale Build and maintain the inner workings of deal constructs and third-party integrations: tracking systems, reporting cadences, financial and operational metrics, accountability frameworks, and status visibility for leadership Partner closely with business development vertical leads, product, marketing, engineering, finance, and legal to ensure clear ownership, timely execution, and clean handoffs from opportunity through launch and scale. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, economics, engineering, or a related field 5+ years of experience in business operations, program management, strategy, consulting, investment banking, or related roles involving complex cross-functional initiatives.
