Whether helping a patient better manage symptoms and improve quality of life through palliative care services or guiding families through a hospice admission, you'll play a critical role in ensuring every patient receives care that reflects their goals and wishes. As a Palliative Care and Hospice RN, you will partner closely with physicians, advanced practice providers, social workers, chaplains, therapists, and case managers to ensure patients receive compassionate, coordinated care.
