The Behavioral Health Specialist provides behavioral health consults, assessments, individual treatment, family consultations, care coordination, referrals, and participates in multidisciplinary teams which coordinates, monitors, and plans behavioral health care services throughout the episode of illness to meet the individual needs of our patients in order to improve the quality of care.
