You will move fluidly between client-facing working sessions and internal triage with Product, Engineering, Support, and QA — investigating clinical issues, validating fixes, and leading the clinical side of change management as releases ship — with deepest focus on network-partner integrations (EHR PBM) and the clinical exception paths that keep prescribing and pharmacy fulfillment running.
