This includes, but is not limited to, hiring and supervision of clinical Early Intervention and Related Services staff, analyzing and evaluating reports concerning clinical information and making accurate decisions, preparing informal written and oral data for clinical use, working efficiently with professional colleagues and other professional groups, and understanding systems and working with a variety of regulatory agencies and programs. Responsibilities include oversight and continuous improvement in clinical quality, fiscal performance, productivity, staff development and retention, marketing and outside relationship management, and program development.
