DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as the Contracting Officer Representative for IHSC contracts, providing authoritative contract oversight, technical direction, and coordination between the Contracting Officer, contractors, program leadership, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful contract execution and mission support. Provide strategic program and project management leadership for IHSC contracts, overseeing project scope, objectives, deliverables, milestones, risks, communications, and resource requirements to ensure contract activities align with organizational priorities and operational needs.
