Assist in the development and documentation of disaster recovery plans, and manage annual testing of the plans Collaborate with the Platform Architect and Decision Science teams to ensure scalability, performance, and capacity are in line with business needs Focus on a quality user experience and demonstrate a high degree of customer service Demonstrate ability to collaborate with team members of different backgrounds, experience, time zones, and working locations Collaborate with IT and business partners to drive strategic initiatives forward Convey complex technical information for diverse audiences Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and reduce risk Remain up-to-date with Azure, data integration, and analytics systems Qualifications QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS Bachelor’s degree from four-year college or university preferred (Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or other quantitative subject a plus); or 5+ years related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience 5+ years of experience with Azure platforms including compute and networking. KEY RESPONSIBLITIES Manage and support platforms and workloads in our Azure and cloud environments to ensure availability and reliability including Data Integration platforms (FiveTran, Attunity, dbt, Automate), and Data Analytics systems (Tableau) Provide lifecycle and maintenance support of Azure workloads including patching, updating, and ensuring monitoring and alerting services meet business requirements Manage small to medium sized technical projects Works with engineering teams to break down goals into actionable tasks articulated in work breakdown structures with resource allocation and task duration estimates Understand the project management lifecycle.
