Caregivers with 2+ years of experience, CNA certification, dementia care experience, Parkinson's care experience, Hoyer lift/transfer experience, or experience supporting clients with more complex needs may qualify for our higher pay levels. Higher rates are available for caregivers who demonstrate advanced skills and experience, including dementia care, Parkinson's care, Hoyer lifts, transfers, and more complex client needs.
