You will support origination and diligence of project financing facilities, own post-origination financing milestone execution across construction debt, permanent debt, tax equity, and incentive monetization; own financing models, forecasts, and KPIs prior to handoff into operations; and partner across Investments, Project Delivery, Technical and Commercial Asset Management, and Finance (Structured Finance, Treasury, FP&A, Accounting) to improve capital efficiency, investment returns, and cash generation. What you will be doing at Generate Capital as the Director, Portfolio Finance: Own the debt side of the Community Solar portfolio end to end: lead construction and permanent financing milestone execution with our bank lenders, own the lender relationships, size facilities, and manage exposure limits, draws, compliance and amendments.
