The CNA assists with daily activities, ensures resident comfort, and works closely with nursing staff to deliver individualized care that supports each resident’s physical and emotional well-being.Key Responsibilities:<ul><li style="line-height:normal">Resident Care: Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, feeding, and mobility support.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Vital Signs: Take and record residents' vital signs, such as blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate, and report any changes or concerns to the supervising nurse.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Mobility Assistance: Help residents with walking, using canes, walkers, or wheelchairs, and transfer them safely between beds, wheelchairs, and other locations as needed.</li><li style="line-height:normal">Comfort and Safety: Monitor residents to ensure they are comfortable and safe.
