Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the age-related needs of the residents served. Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s).
