Demonstrate knowledge, skills, and techniques necessary to care for residents with therapeutic, neuro, dementia, dialysis, IV therapy, infectious disease, and wound care needs (if applicable)• Provide nursing care in accordance with Resident Care Policies and Procedures and ensure resident safety and well-being• Act under the direction of the Charge Nurse and as an active member of the interdisciplinary team• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, hygiene, and grooming per the established Care Plan• Ensure residents are out of bed according to the established Care Plan• Interact with residents, families, co-workers, and clinical staff in a respectful, supportive, and professional manner• Complete additional duties as assigned in accordance with the Care Plan.
