We are hiring a Certified Nursing Assistant for a Hospice position providing care to patients in their homes in the Northbrook, IL area and is eligible for a $5,000 Sign-on Bonus.

Grounded by our belief that outstanding care is best delivered in a team-based environment, our Hospice Certified Nursing Assistants collaborate to provide management and delivery of patient care plans. Pathway to Nursing Program provides up to $20,000 in student loan repayment for HHAs advancing to an LPN certificate or ASN.
The Nursing Assistant (NA) works under the direction of a Registered Nurse to provide care for patients/families with acute and chronic diseases, disorders found in the pediatric and adolescent into the young adult populations. p>· In cases where PRN staff is scheduled but not needed, the Nursing Department scheduler or a charge nurse will make every attempt to notify the scheduled PRN staff at their listed contact number two hours prior to the scheduled shift, or as soon thereafter, as possible. · PRN staff must be available to work various day, evening, night, weekend and holiday shifts..
