What you will be doing: With this attractive opportunity you will get a chance to: CNC Machining Strategy Ownership: Define and own optimal CNC machining strategies for complex, high-value components including connecting rods, engine blocks, cylinder heads, and other large, machined parts across multiple materials and machining conditions. Shop-Floor Prove-Out & Optimization: Lead CNC program prove-out, commissioning, and optimization directly on the shop floor; independently troubleshoot, refine, and correct programs to achieve stable, capable, and repeatable production.
