Qualifications: • 3+ years of CNC milling experience preferred, specifically with HAAS machines • Experience with machine setup, tooling changes, troubleshooting, and offsets required • Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings • Strong understanding of machining processes, feeds, speeds, and tolerances • Ability to use precision measuring instruments accurately • Basic math skills including fractions, decimals, and measurement conversions • Ability to perform metric-to-inch conversions • High school diploma or GED required • Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills • Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift throughout the duration of the workday • Ability to work independently and maintain consistent production quality. The HAAS CNC Mill Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and monitoring HAAS vertical milling machines used to machine metal components to precise specifications.
