Collaborate & Promote YMCA Mission – Works collaboratively with supervisors, colleagues, and other departments to support YMCA programs, member engagement, marketing efforts, fundraising activities, and overall mission advancement. Builds meaningful relationships with participants by modeling YMCA values and fostering an environment of friendship, achievement, and belonging, while also instilling the NinjaZone core values of Focused Energy, Work Ethic, and Self-Responsibility.
