Under the direction of the High School Athletic Director, the Head Coach will lead an education-based, competitive program aligned with the Spartan Athletics Purpose: to inspire, educate, and promote personal growth in student-athletes through the core values of accountability, commitment, discipline, integrity, leadership, respect, family, and passion. Demonstrates strong knowledge of the sport, including skills, strategies, and rules, and effectively applies that knowledge in practices and competition.
