With support of the learning coordinator, implement coaching meetings including recurring Care Connect Support meetings with teachers to address student-related issues, plan interventions, and discuss instructional strategies. Assists teachers in assessing student's functional levels, determining instructional levels and identifying educational needs; assist with facilitating appropriate educational and transition assessment.
