The Qualifications for the role are:•Three or more years of experience in health promotion, health management, human resources and organizational behavior or a related field•Understanding and proven experience in health management: prevention, screening, behavior modification, and disease management•Strong written, verbal, digital communication skills in English•Ability to be flexible with scheduling to meet patient demand needs•Competence with Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)•Coaching certification from Wellcoaches or another nationally recognized coaching organization preferred•Bilingual in Spanish and/or Creole preferred. Health Coach will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with injury prevention program participants and assisting them through the process of actively working toward better health by supplying support, encouragement and education.
