JOB DESCRIPTION: The Area Coach / District Manager is responsible for overseeing multiple restaurant locations regarding comprehensive leadership, performance management, operational metrics, talent acquisition, people development, culture, and retention. The AC must consistently demonstrate AG Bells values and leadership behaviors to build positive business relationships with key constituents including RGMs, vendors, suppliers, but most importantly - our guests.
