Inventory & Ordering: Assist with inventory management and product ordering, including monitoring par levels, completing inventory counts, receiving and organizing deliveries, and maintaining appropriate product levels to support daily operations while minimizing waste. Ensure Daily Readiness: Ensure the venue and surrounding guest areas are clean, safe, organized, and ready for daily operations, including snow and ice removal, restroom readiness, table and seating setup, ski rack organization, signage, and other guest-facing areas.
