Additional duties include attending and successfully completing all required trainings, participating in staff meetings and reflective supervision sessions, maintaining accurate and timely documentation and progress notes, and completing all required data entry in an organized and timely manner. Using an empathic, client-centered approach, the individual develops trust and rapport with clients while providing support, education, and guidance on prenatal and postnatal care, maternal and infant health, breastfeeding, parenting, attachment, home safety, family planning, and child development.
